| For each room item you can select several specific
comment items. 1. There is a list of pre-written violations and comments to select from. Once they are selected they are placed in the text boxes on the top half of the sreen. 2. Just to the left of the comment box, you will find a small box to click on to indicate location within a room. The "W" has been selected in this example, indicating that the comment refers to the West wall. 3. Just Click "OK" when done. |
