Documents, such as: application forms, inspection reports, correspondence and HM reports can be stored electronically. Documents can he viewed along with all historical information on your computer system.

Imageview runs with no modification to existing or future application programs. Documents are permanently stored to optical disks for archival and are retrievable by hitting a single key on your keyboard. Reports can be automatically stored and filed along with documents that are scanned into the computer system. Imageview is also fully integrated with FaxServer/401 a fully functional automatic faxing application. Documents can be electronically sent and received from any workstation on the network.

DIP provides increased productivity, reduces overhead expenses and reduces the chances of lost or misfile documents. Other unique system features include a built in note facility, advanced security and reporting features and support for IBM's 3995 direct attached optical storage system.
